Dashboard

The Dashboard is your starting point. It shows:

  • Your net worth.
  • Income and expenses for the current activity summary.
  • Your most recent transactions.
  • The finance experience currently in use.

Tap a recent transaction to open its details, or tap View all to open the full transaction list. Pull down on the page to refresh its data.

Add something

Tap the + button on the Dashboard to choose an action:

  • New transaction records income, an expense, or a transfer.
  • Scan invoice/bill uses a photo to prefill a transaction.
  • New account adds a bank account, wallet, card, loan, or counterparty.

The Transactions, Accounts, and Budgets tabs also have a + button for actions related to that section.

Tap the search icon on the Dashboard and enter part of a name or description. Search can find:

  • Transactions
  • Your accounts
  • Counterparties
  • Categories

Tap a result to open it. Transaction search covers recent activity, so older transactions may not appear.

Choose Guided or Power mode

Pledger.io offers two finance experiences. Both modes contain the same features; they change what is expanded by default.

GuidedNew or occasional usersKeeps optional transaction fields collapsed and explains where to find them.
PowerFrequent usersOpens advanced fields and transaction filters, and shows templates immediately.

To switch modes, open SettingsFinance experience.

Refresh and loading states

  • Scroll to the bottom of long transaction and account lists to load more.
  • If a page cannot load, tap Retry after checking your connection.
  • When the banner You’re offline. Showing cached data. appears, the app is using information saved on the device.
