The Pledger.io Android app is a companion to your self-hosted Pledger.io server. It lets you review your dashboard, record transactions, manage accounts and budgets, and view reports from your phone.

  Important

The Android app does not include a Pledger.io server. Install Pledger.io first and make sure your phone can reach it.

Settings and offline use

Personalize the Android app, protect access, understand offline behavior, and get help.

What you need  

  • A phone or tablet running Android 8.0 or newer.
  • A working Pledger.io server that is reachable from your device.
  • A Pledger.io username and password. Create your user in the web app if you do not have one yet.
  • An HTTPS server address for the release app.

The Android app currently supports username-and-password sign-in. Two-factor and OpenID Connect sign-in are not available in the app.

What you can do  

  • View net worth, recent transactions, and monthly activity.
  • Add, edit, and review transactions.
  • Scan an invoice or bill to prefill a transaction.
  • Create, edit, and review accounts.
  • Set up monthly budgets and expense groups.
  • Review income, spending, categories, budget performance, net worth, and balances.
  • Manage categories, tags, app appearance, language, and biometric unlock.
  • Read previously loaded data when your device is offline.

Some web features are not yet available on Android, including CSV import, contract management, transaction deletion, and offline changes.
